A rare trade between divisional opponents adds to an already active trade deadline. The Detroit Lions send TE T.J. Hockenson to the Minnesota Vikings.
I am absolutely blown away by this trade, because I can't see why the Lions would trade a young star on their offense to anyone, let alone their rival. Details have not yet been released, but I can asure you that the 6-1 Vikings won this trade and are looking to be serious contenders atop the NFC North.

The Lions trade T.J. Hockenson, a 2023 4th, and 2024 Conditional 4th to the Vikings in exchange for a 2023 2nd and 2024 3rd.
